The last issue I had was a vinyl record that had a huge scuff that I could hear every time the record would spin. If I pay $40 for a soundtrack on vinyl that I can buy for $3 on CD you BET YOUR BOTTOM DOLLAR I'm going to get a pristine copy. Most businesses stand behind their products and services, but once it leaves their warehouse that's no longer true. I will no longer buy any of their products direct due to their painful return process and what they consider "normal defects" in vinyl is simply a cop-out and is extremely lazy.ħ day return window?! It's 2023! Not to mention they take no responsibility for damage that occurred in transit. I've dealt directly with a lot of different record labels and I'm confident in saying waxworks is the worst customer service out there. Over the past year I've spent over $8000 on vinyl records.
